We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to lead and develop a team while continuing to build your own successful desk.

You’ll drive business development, support consultant performance and play a key role in the growth of our specialist SAP & IT recruitment business.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
• Win new clients and grow existing accounts
• Manage your own contract recruitment desk
• Support delivery on key client requirements
• Drive team performance and revenue growth

What we’re looking for

• Proven recruitment experience
• Strong business development track record
• Experience coaching or mentoring others
• Contract recruitment knowledge
• Ambitious, driven and people-focused
