2006
Hanson Regan Ltd began in Keston
After 6 weeks of preparation for Gabriel Kelly, Tuesday 1st August 2006 was Hanson Regan Ltd’s first day of trading at the 3 man office in the tower of the Ravensbourne Business Centre, Keston.
Older brother John joined Gabriel at 2pm the same day and the first placement was made at 10am the next day!
A 3 day assignment that became a 100 day Assignment…a sign of things to come.
2008
Hanson Regan Ltd is proudly granted membership to APSCo (Association of Professional Staffing Companies)
2009
We become associate members of SAP User Conference, and now proudly partner with UKISUG. Exhibiting at UKISUG Connect each year.
2012
We move from the 3 person office in the tower to the 18 person office to accommodate the ever growing Hanson Regan team.
Hanson Regan Ltd gained national recognition by winning 28th place in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100.
2013
Awarded the global SMETA, 4 Pillars Ethical Suppliers Award and also became ISO certified. Our first was the ISO 9001 – for the QMS (Quality Management System), applied to organisations that have qualified in their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers and other relevant stakeholders.
2014
Office moves
We moved from Keston to the centre of Bromley, enjoying 360 panoramic views of London and the Kent countryside at Kings House, where the 35 person office was Hanson Regan’s HQ for 8 years.
We enjoyed many Christmas and birthday celebrations…plus a few table tennis tournaments!
2016
Hanson Regan Ltd is 10 years old
There were lots of celebrations to be had on our 10th anniversary, with a day out at Lingfield Races and a trip to Marbella. It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on a decade of growth, success and the relationships that helped shape our journey.
2017
2017 was another busy year for all. A particular highlight was supporting Young Parkinson’s Ireland, helping to raise awareness and funds through their community climb of Croagh Patrick in County Mayo. It was a cause close to our hearts and one we were proud to support.
2018
2018 was a year of growth, achievement and giving back. Alongside celebrating Recruitment Apprenticeship successes and recognising high-performing team members, we enjoyed time together at company events, including a golf day.
We also proudly supported Parkinson’s UK, with Gabriel Kelly completing a 42km charity walk along Northern Ireland’s Causeway Coast.
2019
2019 was a year of celebration and community spirit. We marked Hanson Regan’s 13th birthday together, enjoyed another successful golf event and continued supporting charitable causes, including fundraising for the Dublin Neurological Institute.
2022
Following a couple of disrupted years due to the Covid-19 pandemic, 2022 saw the Hanson Regan team come back together and reconnect. From team socials, including Breakfast Club and Flight Club, to supporting charitable initiatives such as the Henley Mermaids’ fundraising efforts for Surfers Against Sewage, it was a welcome return to the events, community spirit and teamwork that have always been at the heart of Hanson Regan.
2023
A new chapter
2023 was a year of fresh beginnings. We relocated to our newly refurbished office at T Bromley, creating an inspiring new home for the Hanson Regan team.
We also celebrated apprenticeship successes, King Charles’ coronation and proudly supported initiatives such as the Neurodiversity Umbrella Project, reflecting our ongoing commitment to inclusion, development and community engagement.
2024
2024 was another significant year for Hanson Regan as long-time industry colleague and friend of Gabriel, Dominic Bennett, joined the business as Managing Director.
Alongside strengthening our leadership team, we continued to invest in staff development through team training initiatives and proudly supported St Christopher’s Hospice through their annual Fun Walk, reflecting our ongoing commitment to both our people and the wider community.
2025
As Hanson Regan approached its landmark 20th anniversary, 2025 was a year of celebrating the relationships, partnerships and people that have been at the heart of the business since 2006.
From marking the company’s 19th birthday together at Lingfield Park, to strengthening connections across the SAP community at UKISUG Connect, and concluding the year with a festive team gathering in London, the year reflected the strong culture, industry presence and collaborative spirit that continue to drive Hanson Regan forward.
2026
Our 20th Year
Twenty years on from its beginnings, 2026 was a year of reflection, achievement and celebration. Alongside marking Hanson Regan’s milestone 20th anniversary with team celebrations and a memorable evening at Mamma Mia! The Party, the year also highlighted what has always mattered most: people.
From welcoming a long-standing connection from the early days of Gabriel’s career to celebrating one of our young recruiters securing their first placement, 2026 perfectly captured the relationships, growth and shared success that have shaped Hanson Regan’s journey over the past two decades.
Supporting Our Communities
Community has always been at the heart of Hanson Regan. Throughout the years, we’ve been honoured to support charities, local organisations and sporting teams that mean so much to our colleagues, clients and extended Hanson Regan family. Whether cheering on Gaelic football teams, raising funds for important causes or tackling ambitious charity challenges, giving back has always been – and will continue to be – a proud part of our story.
The future
20 years is an incredible milestone, but for Hanson Regan it’s just the beginning. As the business looks ahead, the focus remains on growth, innovation and building lasting relationships with clients, candidates and partners across the SAP and technology community.
