• Leading the product discovery process to ensure audience needs are deeply understood and met.

• Creating and maintaining a product roadmap and backlog that balances short-term delivery with long-term value.

• Championing a culture of experimentation, evidence-based decision-making, and iterative learning.

• Influencing and managing a wide range of stakeholders across departments to build consensus and alignment.

• Mentoring and supporting junior product managers and contributing to the development of best practices across the wider product community.
