TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HANSON REGAN BAG CHALLENGE PHOTO COMPETITION
1. PROMOTER
This competition is organised by Hanson Regan Limited of T Bromley, 15-17 London Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 1ED.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
2.2. Employees of Hanson Regan are not eligible to enter.
2.3. Entrants must be in possession of an official Hanson Regan branded tote bag distributed at the UKISUG25 event or received via the complimentary bag request programme.
2.4. The complimentary bag request programme is limited to verified network members with active LinkedIn profiles and is available on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 10 eligible applicants.
2.5. Complimentary bags will only be sent to UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) addresses.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
3.1. The competition opens on Tuesday 13th January 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 6th March 2026 (“Competition Period”).
3.2. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3.3. The original closing date was 6th February 2026. The competition has been extended to 6th March 2026.
COMPLIMENTARY BAG REQUEST PROGRAMME
4.1. Individuals who did not receive a bag at UKISUG25 may request a complimentary bag by emailing info@hansonregan.com.
4.2. Requests must include: full name, delivery address (UK or ROI only) and LinkedIn profile URL.
4.3. Only the first 10 verified requests will be fulfilled.
4.4. Hanson Regan reserves the right to verify LinkedIn profiles and network membership before dispatching bags.
4.5. By requesting a bag, applicants consent to being added to Hanson Regan’s CRM system in accordance with GDPR requirements, with the ability to opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
4.6. Hanson Regan is not responsible for postal delays or non-delivery of complimentary bags.
4.7. Individuals who receive a complimentary bag are eligible to enter the competition but must submit their entry by the closing date of 6th March 2026.
5. HOW TO ENTER
5.1. To enter, participants must submit a real photograph, not AI generated, featuring the Hanson Regan hessian bag via email to info@hansonregan.com or via social media with hashtag, #HansonReganBagChallenge.
5.2. Entries must include the location where the photo was taken.
5.3. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
5.4. Entries must be original work created by the entrant.
6. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
6.1. Photographs must clearly feature the Hanson Regan hessian bag.
6.2. Entries must not contain content that is:
Offensive, defamatory, obscene or inappropriate;
Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights;
Depicting illegal activities or promoting discrimination;
Featuring identifiable individuals without their consent;
Featuring minors.
6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these requirements.
6.4. Photos must be unedited except for basic adjustments like cropping, brightness and contrast.
7. JUDGING
7.1. Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by Hanson Regan based on creativity, originality, photographic quality and innovation.
7.2. Entries submitted before the original closing date of 6th February 2026 will be automatically shortlisted in recognition of early participation.
7.3. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.4. The winner will be announced by Wednesday 11th March 2026 via Hanson Regan’s LinkedIn and Instagram profiles.
8. PRIZE
8.1. The prize is £250 in Amazon vouchers (or the equivalent of the winner’s local currency).
8.2. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.
8.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
8.4. The winner will be contacted via email or social media message, depending on the channel the submission was made from, within [5] days of the competition closing.
8.5. The winner must respond within [14] days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE RIGHTS
9.1. Entrants retain copyright in their photographs but grant Hanson Regan a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish and display the submitted photographs for marketing, promotional and commercial purposes across all media channels.
9.2. Hanson Regan may use entries on its website, social media, marketing materials and other promotional channels with credit to the entrant.
9.3. By entering, participants consent to their name being published if they win.
10. PERSONAL DATA
10.1. Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Hanson Regan’s Privacy Policy.
10.2. Personal data will be used solely for administering the competition and may be used for future marketing communications if separate consent is provided.
10.3. The winner’s name and location (town/city) may be published.
11. LIABILITY
11.1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted.
11.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
11.3. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, network issues or other matters beyond its reasonable control.
12. GENERAL
12.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
12.2. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12.3. By entering, participants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
