Gabriel’s passion and enthusiasm for the business of recruitment led him to establish Hanson Regan with his brother John in August 2006.
Moving to London in the mid 80’s, Gabriel first worked in construction until an old Irish friend, who noticed his ability to connect with people, suggested he had the ideal persona to make the transition into sales.
Following his closest friend’s advice, Gabriel paved a sales career in the newly created Cable industry, the forefather of today’s digital revolution.
Gabriel soon found success in his new sales environment, winning recognition for his performance with NYNEX in his very first week. Many accolades and achievements followed, which saw Gabriel win the global Presidents Award on two occasions and being invited to attend the Presidents’ Awards celebrations in Naples, Florida and Bermuda.
After some five years, he again followed his Irish friend, who had moved into a Recruitment Consultant role. Through his determination and dedication, Gabriel forged a successful career in recruitment over the next 2 decades.

After a degree in Business Studies, John qualified as an accountant working in professional practice.
Preferring to make things, and because his “audit experience would be good for software testing”, John switched to a career in bespoke business systems implementation. Becoming a client champion in enterprise software testing and quality assurance, John worked as a contractor for over 17 years, mainly within the London Capital Markets, Investment Management, and Financial Services areas.
That was until a very good friend said “ John, you need find a career to grow into” ; when another introduced him to Recruitment ; 16 years later John is thrilled to be still growing in this remarkable industry ; where we enable people and companies to achieve their dreams and goals ; both within Hanson Regan and far beyond.

Dominic brings with him over 30 years of hands-on experience in building and growing specialist niche recruitment businesses.
With a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for excellence, Dominic brings a wealth of knowledge to Hanson Regan. He works closely with all departments across the company and is always keen to roll up his sleeves and support both the team and our valued clients.
Dominic is committed to developing talent internally and strengthening our partnerships externally — all with the goal of maintaining and enhancing the excellent service for which Hanson Regan is known.

Sarah is the Operations Manager at Hanson Regan and has been a vital part of the team since 2013.
With an Associate CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR, Sarah brings a strong background in people management,
alongside hands-on experience in office operations, compliance, project work, and managing our facilities and suppliers.
Sarah keeps Hanson Regan running smoothly, supporting the team wherever needed.

Glenn has over 7 years experience as a Sales and Accounts Manager, previously in golf holiday sales where he discovered his drive to succeed. After transitioning 5 years ago to Hanson Regan he has honed his skills and expertise in Global IT Recruitment. Glenn’s excellent attention to detail enables him to deliver above and beyond client expectations.
Having set many goals within Hanson Regan, Glenn is looking forward to what he can further achieve here with us.
At home Glenn is a family man with two young boys, so naturally he spends his time changing nappies, going on bike rides with his eldest and doing DIY projects around his new home.

Jason has over 10 years resourcing experience, and has been at Hanson Regan for 5yrs playing a key part growing our established accounts working with a range international clients and candidates on a daily basis.
In the office Jason loves a practical joke and can always be relied on to make people laugh, in his spare time he loves spending time with his family, playing golf, watching MMA and going out to nice restaurants.

Richard is an Account Manager for Hanson Regan, he works closely with Clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive excellent quality Candidates for every position required.
Richard Started his career in sales and then moved into recruitment which he has has now worked in for 3 years. He works across all areas of IT, previously working closely in ERP but now specialising in Development. Richard works with Clients across Europe and is continually looking to grow his Client base further afield.
Away from the office Richard enjoys watching football, going to the gym and spending time with his Friends and Family.

As a Senior IT Recruitment expert with 14+ years of Consulting experience, Charley specialises in placing top-tier SAP and technology professionals around the world.
For Hanson Regan, Charley leads contract and freelance hiring for SAP and digital transformation talent worldwide, supporting clients through the evolving challenges of S/4HANA migration and complex IT programme delivery. Charley is passionate about offering a consultative, high-quality service grounded in trust, insight and professionalism.
Outside of recruitment, Charley is a qualified Carpenter and Joiner and has created bespoke furniture and stage sets for film, TV and theatre. Charley is also deeply involved in the Carp Fishing industry – not only as an angler competing in competitions such as the British Carp Angling Championships, but also works in media production with several leading tackle companies – creating videography, photography and short films that you can find on YouTube.

Chris joined the Hanson Regan team in 2019, he is responsible for all aspects of our Financial Operations. This includes Financial and Management accounts, commissions and accounts payable. Chris has almost 14 years experience of finance within the recruitment industry with a focus on IT & Technology.
While working on roles Chris has always gravitated towards the numbers, with this he proudly oversees all aspects of finance here at Hanson Regan. He also hopes to continue to apply his keen eye for detail and analysis to help Hanson Regan maintain year on year growth!

Keri joined Hanson Regan in 2020 taking on the title of Operations & Sales Support where her role is part of the Business Servicing Team that supports the smooth operation of the contract to cash element of the business. Keri works alongside the recruitment teams to ensure the correct paperwork is shared with our stakeholders invoiced within the correct timescales.
In Keri’s spare time she enjoys reading crime/thriller books, socialising and spending time doing various activities with her 4 children.

Jolene started her first position within the recruitment industry at 16 years old! She was with her previous employer for 11.5 years before moving into Hanson Regan where she supports Operations and Sales.
Jolene’s responsabilities in Hanson Regan include creating contracts, answering Candidate queries as well as posting invoices and payments.
During her spare time Jolene enjoys spending time socialising with family and friends.

Andrea Harrison is our CRM and Business Systems Development Manager.
With 15+ years spanning healthcare transformation, marketing and digital innovation, Andrea is all about asking “how can we do this better?”. She’s driven by improvement – whether that’s streamlining workflows, enhancing compliance or empowering teams to work smarter – she is focused on creating systems that genuinely work for people.
Andrea’s also been busy building the Hanson Regan brand and profile online – phone always at the ready to capture those perfect office moments that show who we really are.
When she’s not optimising processes or snapping content for our socials, you’ll find her with family and friends, because as much as she loves spreadsheets and solving problems, it’s the people in her life that keep her grounded.

Antoni is a Recruitment Resourcer for Hanson Regan and excited to start his new career after graduating University. He works closely with candidates to ensure that their needs are met, that they’re being placed in the perfect projects for them, and that the onboarding process goes smoothly for both client and applicant.
Having began his career in recruitment in 2021, Antoni then went to University shortly after to explore his passions before returning to recruitment in 2025. He now aims to start a long and successful career building client and candidate relationships in the IT market.
Antoni was inspired to join recruitment by his Father who has been in the IT recruitment space over 20 years and he hopes to live up to those expectations in the European market – where he will also test his Spanish language skills that he gets from his Mothers side of the family!
Away from the office, Antoni enjoys playing football, going bouldering and to the gym, painting warhammer, supporting wildlife conservation efforts in the UK and travelling to visit family in Italy and Spain.

Ebenezer is an SAP Delivery Consultant who specialises in supporting organisations across the globe by connecting them with the right talent to deliver their projects successfully.
With a strong focus on understanding both technical requirements and business needs, Ebenezer helps companies build high-performing teams that drive project success.
Ebenezer is striving to become a market specialist with strong knowledge of SAP modules and skill sets, consistently delivering top-quality candidates and building trusted relationships with both candidates and clients.
Outside of work, Ebenezer enjoys playing 5-a-side football, watching football and spending quality time with friends and family. He supports Arsenal football club who (according to Ebenezer) are “the best team in Europe!”

Filip is a Recruitment professional at Hanson Regan, and supports the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with both candidates and clients to understand their requirements, match the right talent to the right opportunities and ensure a seamless experience throughout the process.
Driven by a desire to grow into a knowledgeable and reliable consultant, Filip’s ambition is to build strong, long-term relationships across the IT market.
Fluent in Polish, Filip regularly engages with Polish professionals and continues to develop his articulation through these conversations, strengthening his ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual and international environment.
Outside of work, Filip enjoys staying active by going to the gym and rock climbing. He also likes to unwind by playing his guitar, balancing his professional focus with creative and physical pursuits.
