Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Watson Services: Maintain and enhance IBM Watson Assistant and Discovery services.
• Implement Conversational Flows: Develop and refine conversational flows based on design specifications.
• Manage Data Models: Update and manage data models for Intents and Utterances in Watson Assistant.
• Content Ingestion & QA: Perform content ingestion processes to ensure data quality and relevance.
• Localize Conversational Flows: enhance conversational flows to different geographies for localization as per design given.
• Agile Practices & Jira Management: Apply SAFE Agile and Agile methodologies; use Jira for tracking and project management.
