Accountable for the design and implementation of test approaches across a group of test teams or programmes of work. 

Recruit, lead, mentor, coach, develop and manage test contractors embedded in multidiscipline teams. 

Work closely with Test Team Lead to share quality best practices and standards ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and work priorities in the Discoverability areas. 

Work closely with other discipline leads to establish quality best practices and process improvements

Provide regular updates to the Test Manager on the performance and challenges of remote contractors, along with status reports

Provide test expertise and support to stakeholders at all levels in communicating strategy, product fit and effectiveness. 

Advocate and implement agile and lean development and testing principles, encourage continuous improvement, and ensure efficiency of the test process and practices. 

Empower test contractors to get involved in troubleshooting and resolution of issues throughout the product life cycle. 

Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation

Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, and team performance.
