Job Description:

The Requirements

Essential:

•     Experience of project managing at least one end to end SAP / SuccessFactors HR Information Technology including Payroll.

•     Three years+ experience in project management.

•     Good knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes.

•     Excellent communication skills and able to present to customer and teams of all levels.

•     Managing budgets up to £1m.

•     Able to travel to client sites for meetings and workshops.

•     Fluent in English (written, oral).

•     Ideal, but not essential

•     Project management of multiple SAP HR/HCM and SuccessFactors implementations.

•     Recognised Project Management practitioner certification e.g. APM, Prince2, PMBoK.

•     HR/Payroll Qualification e.g. CIPD, CIPP.

•     Business level language skills in one or more other European languages other than English.
