Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP FI CO & FSCM Support lead to oversee Application Maintenance (AM) operations with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections Management. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to stakeholder collaboration and system optimization.

• AM Support Operations: Manage SAP FI CO & FSCM support activities, ensuring smooth AR    transactions and collections workflows.
• Team Mentor: Mentor and guide junior consultants in troubleshooting, configuration, and best practices.
• Collections & Credit Management: Drive efficient collections processing, dispute resolution, and credit risk assessments using FSCM tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams to improve AR reconciliation, automate collections, and streamline dispute handling.
• Incident & Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis and implement system improvements for AR and collections processes.
• Data Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain integrity of collections and AR data to support accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Enhancements & Change Management: Lead system updates and optimizations while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Language: English ONLY (Dutch is a bonus)

Travel: 1 day per week on site
