Expected skills:
Oracle ERP (modules INV, BOM, MRP, WM, WIP, OM, PO, WIP, ASCP, CSx), S&OP, MES, BI
•    Methodological: Work organization, re-engineering methods, ERP implementation, project management and various tools
•    Behavioral: Leadership, autonomy, positive attitude, rigor, ability to work in a network and cross-functional teams
•    Leading meetings and excellent verbal communication skills to present deliverables and support change management
•    Sector-specific: Preferably from the Aerospace and Defense sector
The assignment includes the following:
1.    Identification and qualification of needs
2.    Evaluation of the fit between Group solutions and entity needs (fit/gap analysis) within the area of expertise
a. Analyze user needs
b. Propose solutions (processes and/or tools)
c. Manage all process documentation/business rules/existing references
d. Ensure compliance with the rules defined in Chorus 2 (Group process repository)
e. Communicate and promote best practices within the Group entities
f. Present the rules/processes of Group solutions to the different entities
3.    Design and deployment of Group or local solutions
a. Analyze functional requirements from users and the Group
b. Draft general functional specifications
c. Propose solutions (processes and/or tools)
d. Contribute to the writing of detailed functional specifications
e. Validate project documents related to the domain
f. Produce and/or validate functional test scenarios
g. Validate training documents for the functional domain
h. Assist users during the testing phases
4.    Contribution to Group initiatives
a. May be involved in other Group initiatives where the provider’s expertise is valuable
