Building and sustaining high-performing teams by fostering psychological safety, trust, and collaboration.
Leading agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and continuously improving team ways of working.
Managing delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple workstreams.
Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between Product, Design, Engineering, Editorial, and other stakeholders.
Supporting the Senior Product Manager in translating product strategy into actionable delivery plans.
Navigating ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed environment, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
Championing a culture of transparency, accountability, and iterative learning.
Coaching and mentoring delivery team members.
