Our growth to over 300 contractors enabled us to re-invest in coaching, leadership, technology and the creation of a psychologically healthy and inspirational working environment. The Hanson Regan Story
Hanson Regan was established by brothers John and Gabriel Kelly, on the 1st August 2006. They named the company in honour of their grandmothers, Molly Hanson and Katherin Regan. A mark of respect for the importance they place on the values and principles instilled in them during their formative years. A traditional, tough, farming life in the close-knit community of western of Ireland. The brothers embraced messages such as work hard and smart, never give up, push forward, be brave and believe that the results will follow. Their deeply held principles such as the importance of striving for success, of family, of community, charity, integrity and determination are reflected in the importance placed on the company’s values of Team, Delivery and Truth.
John and Gabriel aspired to create a company with individuals who share and embody these values and to build a culture and a great company to last. As the business has expanded from a small three-person office to a state-of-the-art headquarters in Bromley, the focus has remained constant:

- A financially sound business, with contractors paid on time every time
- An obsession with delighting clients and candidates.
And of course! … providing the perfect candidate. The logo symbolises this ideal – depicting the perfect candidate at its centre – the pearl at the heart of Hanson Regan. Their analytical, project management approach to every requirement has evolved into the ‘Precise Resourcing’ methodology, allowing for the swift delivery of exceptionally well-matched niche talent, enabling global companies to become more effective and efficient.
